What is 2-Minute Club?

2-Minute Club is the preferred provider for premier and new to market products, including PURA D'OR and NXN. Members receive discounted pricing plus perks such as preferred access to new releases, access to exclusive products, free full-size samples, and travel-friendly testers.

Why should I become a member?

Members always receive 33% off the retail price. With our regular deliveries, this also saves you time on top of money and with our commitment to natural products, you can be sure you are getting safe products that work to heal instead of harm.

Is there a membership fee to join the 2-Minute Club?

Membership is completely free!

How do I become a 2-Minute Club member?

It's as simple as placing an order. Choose the products. Choose the delivery frequency. Place your order. That's all it takes to be in the 2-Minute Club!

How can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your 2-Minute Club Membership at any time. There is absolutely no cancellation fee. If you would like to continue receiving your 2-Minute Club shipments, then just skip the month by "Edit" next the subscrpition you would like to modify and select a new date for your next shipment. If you would like to change the product you receive, or modify how often you receive your shipments, or still wish to cancel, then call our Member Help Center at 1-844-896-6462. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM PST.

How can I adjust the frequency of my deliveries?

Adjustments can be made from your Account Details page in the “subscriptions” section. Click the EDIT link next to your subscription and select the appropriate frequency.

How long does my subscription last?

As long as you'd like. Since you're saving money and time on products you'd already be buying, we think you'll stick around a long time. However, if you decide 2-Minute Club is not for you, modifying or cancelling your account is simple; you are not under any contract and may cancel or modify at any time.

My hair is growing too fast! How do I postpone my next shipment?

Log into your account, go to your Account Details page and click the edit link next to your subscription. From there, you will have the option of postponing your subscription.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime for any reason. We're sure you'll love our products and that they will work to meet your needs but there are no long-term commitments.

Is there a limit to how many bottles I can order?

No, you can order as many as you like; for bulk orders, please reach out to us at support@2minuteclub.com.

How do I change my billing information?

Go to your Account Details page and click the edit link in the Billing Profile section.

How do I change the email address associated with my 2-Minute Club account?

Go to your Account Details page and click edit in the email/password section. You will then see the option to change your email.

What if I want to switch products?

Switching is easy. Contact Customer Service and we'll be happy to modify your account any way you'd like.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards. We do not accept PayPal, checks, cash, or any other forms of payment.

When will I receive my order?

Your order is packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). Once shipped, your order usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package once your order has shipped.

How do I change the shipping date of my next box?

Just go to your Account Details page and click edit next to your subscription. From there, you can edit the date.

Can I change the shipping address?

Yes, from your Account Details page, select edit in the Shipping Information field, then make the necessary changes. Please remember to change your address prior at least 48 hours prior to your next shipment date.

Is there a shipping fee?

No, 2-Minute Club members receive free shipping on every order!

Do you ship outside of the United States?

If I am not satisfied, can I return my product?

Every 2-Minute purchase includes a 100-Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, return your products within 100 days of receipt for a refund minus $5 restocking fee. Simply include your order number and a small note to why the package is being returned and ship to:

What are the differences between the Blue, Gold and Pro Line Hair Loss Shampoos?

The Blue Label Hair Loss Prevention Therapy Shampoo is for the first signs of hair thinning and hair loss due to breakage.The Gold Label Premium Organic Anti Hair Loss Shampoo is for those who have visibly hair thinning and hair loss due to breakage. The Gold Label Shampoo has more ingredients to aid against hair loss compared to the Blue Label Shampoo, as well as having a 100% Natural Preservative System. The Pro Organic Shampoo is our most premium line. The Pro Organic Line is for advanced stages of hair thinning and hair loss due to breakage. The Pro Organic Line has a concentrated Aloe Vera base which hydrates and moisturizes the hair and Red Korean Seaweed which adds strength and volume to the hair.

Any particular tips on using PURA D'OR shampoo?

Apply to thoroughly wet hair. Use fingertips to gently massage into scalp and let set for 2 minutes to allow for full absorption of the essential oils and plant extracts. Rinse.

It doesn't seem to lather as much my past shampoo did, why is that?

PURA D'OR does not use the chemical foaming agent SLS in our products. If you prefer more suds, simply use a few more pumps of shampoo.

Do I need to use conditioner?

While using conditioner is a personal preference, we recommend using PURA D'OR conditioner to make sure you get the maximum results from the shampoo. You just used a great PURA D'OR shampoo! Don't jeopardize the shampoos effectiveness with a low quality, chemically laden conditioner. If you do choose to use another brand, please choose a plant-based conditioner.

How long will it take before I see results?

Because your scalp needs time to heal and your strands need time to rejuvenate, we recommend using PURA D'OR products for a full 6-8 weeks before seeing results. The products should be used every time you shampoo. PURA D'OR products do not have all the chemicals typical over the counter brands do, so you may notice less lather but this is completely normal.

Can I use the shampoo daily?

Yes. There are no chemicals in our products that will hurt your hair due to frequent use.

What happens if I stop using the hair loss or scalp products?

The effect of the treatments will start to fade as the PURA D'OR biobased solutions are no longer provided. For best results, continued usage is encouraged.

Can I use PURA D'OR with other haircare products?

Yes, however, for maximum effectiveness we recommend using the entire PURA D'OR regimen.

Do your products use harmful chemicals?

No, never! All of our products are free of harsh chemicals, with no parabens or sulfates. They are also gluten free.

How many pumps should I use?

This depends on the length of your hair. For short hair we recommend 5-7 pumps. For medium length we recommend 9-11 pumps. Long hair, our recommendation is 12+ pumps. Feel free to experiment with this, this is only a suggestion. Personal preference and the hardness of your water may dictate how much you want to use.

Can I use your products while pregnant or nursing?

All of our products are free of harsh chemicals, but we still suggest speaking with your doctor.

Are your products safe for use on children?

All of our products are free of harsh chemicals, but we still suggest asking your child's pediatrician.

Do PURA D'OR products work for both men and women?

Absolutely! Our products are formulated for use by both men and women.

Do PURA D'OR products work well for African American hair?

Absolutely! Our products can be used on ALL hair types.

I started using the shampoo and my hair/scalp feels dry, what can I do?

This rarely happens, but if it does, it's temporary. Using regular shampoo can disrupt the scalp's natural balance of oils, effectively limiting the scalp's ability to create a healthy environment for strong, healthy hair. Our shampoos allow your scalp to naturally create the oils your hair needs to be healthy. The dry feeling usually does not last more than a week, and can be helped with conditioner.

Can I use this product on color treated hair?

Yes. All our products are safe to use on color treated hair.

How do I make the most of my hair washing experience?

To get the most out of our shampoo it is best to gently massage the shampoo into your scalp and hair using your fingertips and let it set for two minutes, then rinse. If you use conditioner, let that sink in for two minutes also.

Are PURA D'OR products cruelty free?

Yes, our products are not tested on animals.

Will this product thicken my hair?

This product will help with thinning hair due to breakage. Some customers have seen hair re-growth and some have seen less hair in the drain. Individual results may vary.

Do your shampoos contain Tea Tree Oil?

Yes, they do.

Are your products sulfate free?

Yes! All our products are free of harsh chemicals and contain only the purest natural ingredients.They are free of SLS (all forms of sulfates), parabens, glutens, artificial fragrances & chemical dyes.

Do I have to wash my hair daily? Will washing my hair twice a week be as effective?

For best results, we recommend using a minimum of 3 times a week. If you use it less, it may take longer to see results.

My pump didn't pop up when I turned it counter-clockwise; do you have any suggestions?

To open the pump please tighten the base of the pump securely to the neck of the bottle. Then turn the nozzle counter-clockwise to unlock it.
